Inside strong orange-yellow/vivid yellow (17A/B), changing towards edges into pale yellow-green (4D), throat whiter than (155D); outside pale yellow-green 94D), suffused stron yellow-green (144C) on midveins and with a little anthocyanin at base; nectaries strong yellow-green (144B); no spots, but papillae on up to 2/3 of each petal; pollen strong brown (172A); stigma darker than dark red (187A). Fls 220 mm wide; petals 140-150 x 50-75 mm, margins hardly ruffled, tips recurved. Lvs alternate, 160 x 30-50 mm. Stems 1.0-1.2 m, light green, with darker markings and c.2 fls. |
