Inside yellowish white (155D), with midveins brilliant yellow (9C) on the lower part of each petal, pale yellow-green (4D) above and the throat strong yellow-green (145A), outside yellowish white (155D) with the tips strong yellow-green (144C) and midveins suffused pale yellow-green (4D); brilliant yellow (9C) and yellowish white (155D) papillae on lower 1/2 of each petal; nectaries greyish yellow-green (197D) striped light greyish olive (197C); pollen moderate reddish orange (171A). Fls 250mm wide; petals 130 x 60mm, slightly ruffled, strongly recurved. Lvs alternate, 180 x 35mm, mid green. Stems 0.65m, pale green, with c4 fls. July (under glass). |
