Inside brilliant orange-yellow (23B), each petal with a strong red (53B) flame and a brilliant yellow (11A) spot above the nectary, throat light greenish yellow (8C); outside pale yellow (11C), light orange-yellow (23C) towards edges, midribs flushed with light yellow-green (145C); spots deep red (53A), papillae absent; nectaries strong yellow-green (144A); pollen strong brown (172A); stigma very light green (130C). Fls 170 mm wide, slightly fragrant; petals 100 x 36 mm, margins smooth, tips recurved. Lvs 108 x 23 mm, with a small moderate reddish brown (176B) spot at top of leaf-stalk. Stems 1.42 m, green marked with reddish. |
