Inside light orange-ywllow (22B), fading towards the apex, midveins for 1/2 of each petal strong orange-yellow (22A); throat pale yellow (18C); outside pale ywllo (20C/D) with a narrow, light orange-yellow (22B) edge. midveins strong yellow-green (144C) fading towards the apex, which is tipped moderate reddish brown (175A); dark red (187A) spots on up to 1/3 of each petal and light orange-yellow (22C) papillae in the throat; nectaries pale orange-yellow (24D) with a light orange-yellow (22C) rim; pollen moderate reddish brown (175A); stigma light orange (28C). Fls 200 mm wide; petals 110 x 40-60 mm, margins ruffled, tips recurved. Lvs alternate, 190 x 20 mm. Stems 95 cm, green, with 2-5 fls. June. |
