Description Red-Purple 66D, redder towards midrib, paler towards White 155C edges; tips Red-Purple 62C, edged white, throat slightly redder than overall colour; outside Red-Purple 65C (inner petals) to Red-Purple 70C (outer petals), darker midribs, white edges; dark maroon spots on inner part of fls; nectary Yellow-Green 144B; pollen Yellow-Orange 23A.Petals 130 x 55mm, margins ruffled, tips strongly recurved. Fls 200mm wide. Lvs alternate, 130 x 45mm, mid green. Stems 0.9-1.4m, light green, glaucous, with maroon streaks and 4-8 fls. July.
