Description

Inside strong red 53D, extreme tepal-tips and edges white, throat green; outside moderate pink 51D; spots black on two-third of each tepal; nectaries yellowish white; pollen orange. Fls 200 mm wide; tepals 104 × 50 mm, margins ruffled, tips slightly recurved (after several days). Lvs scattered, 200 × 65 mm, dark green. Stems 1.5 m, reddish brown, with 10-20 fls. Early Aug.
