Inside of tepals including midvein greenish white (157D), throat pale yellow-green (155A). Outside of tepals including midrib greenish white (157D). Spots absent; papillae few to absent; nectaries pale yellow-green (155A), closed; filaments pale yellowish pink (159D), pollen moderate reddish orange (173B); stigma light yellowish brown (199C). Fls 180 mm wide, single, not scented; tepals 100 × 60 mm, margins smooth, tips recurved. Lvs 110 × 30 mm, scattered, moderate olive-green (137B). Stems 1.10 m (under glass), strong yellow-green (143A), with up to 8 fls. (average 5 fls). May-June. Hardy. |
