Inside of tepals strong orange-yellow (17A); throat strong greenish yellow (151B). Outside of tepals strong yellow-green at base becoming vivid (orange-)yellow (17B) above. Spots and papillae absent; nectary furrow closed, ridges frosted pale greenish yellow (approximately 1D); filaments strong orange-yellow (17A), pollen reddish orange-brown; stigma moderate red (182A). Fls 120 mm wide, single, not scented; tepals 74 × 70 mm, margins smooth to slightly wavy-margined, tips slightly recurved. Lvs 115 × 26 mm, scattered, strong yellow-green (143A). Stems 0.55 m (outdoors), strong yellow-green (143B), with up to 4 fls. (average 3 fls). June. Strong hardiness. |
