Inside moderate purplish pink (65A), tipped white (155B), with a little brilliant greenish yellow (6B) above the nectary which shades into brilliant/light orange-yellow (23B/C) towards the apex, throat white (155B); outside light purplish pink (65B), with light greenish yellow (4C) midveins, tipped strong yellow-green (144B) and with a little strong yellow-green (143B) at the base; deep red (60A) spots over the lower 1/2 of each petal and a few white (155B) papillae in the throat; nectaries strong yellow-green (195D). Fls 170mm wide; petals 90 x 30-40mm, not ruffled, tips slightly recurved. Lvs alternate, 95 x 20mm, mid green. Stems 0.6-0.85m, green, with some darker marking and 2-4 fls. July |
