Inside light yellow (15D), flushed vivid orange-yellow (23A) and with narrow, strong orange-yellow (24B) edges and strong orange (24A) tips, outside pale yellow (18C) with narrow brilliant orange-yellow (21B) edges and the centre of each petal suffused pale yellowish pink (29D), tips of the outer petals moderate red (184B); unspotted; nectaries greyish red (184A); pollen greyish red-dark reddish orange (178A/B). Fls 170mm wide; petals 80 x 50mm, not ruffled, slightly recurved. Lvs alternate, 160 x 15mm, mid green. Stems 0.8m, with dark markings and c9 fls. July (under glass). |
