Basal parts inside yellowish white (155B), with a brilliant greenish yellow (6C) midvein suffused strong red (47B), outside with basal parts yellowish white (155B), the midvein strong yellow-green (144A) at base, strong yellow-green (144B) at tips, variegated yellowish white (155B) and strong purplish red (60B/C) along midrib, edged moderate purplish pink (70D); strong purplish red (60B) spots over 2/3 of each petal; pollen light purplish blue (95D). Fls 230mm wide; petals 120 x 70mm, only the outer slightly recurved, margins ruffled. Lvs alternate, 190 x 30mm, dark green. Stems 1.5m, pale green, with c 12 fls. |
